All items in our Clearance Sale are final sale. This means that we do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds for any reason, including size, color, or personal preference.

Damaged or Faulty Items:
We are legally required to address faulty products. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days at oneiofficialstore@Gmail.com with photos. We will provide a replacement or refund at our discretion.
